2.0 How and why do we collect personal data?
We will only ever ask for information that is required for the following lawful reasons:
We collect personal data such as names, phone number, email address, event details and any additional information you may wish to share with us upon initial contact from yourselves. This could be via social media platforms, telephone, email or the contact form on our website. We require this data in order to provide an accurate quotation for you and communication purposes. Such information will never be sold or passed or to third parties, nor will it be used for marketing purposes.
Upon making a booking with us, we may require further personal data such as your address and payment details in addition to the above and any further information you may wish to share with us. We require this in order to enter into a contract with you and to provide and operate our service.
At events, we may take photographs to use solely for marketing purposes. We will only ever do this upon receiving verbal consent of anyone who may be in pictures that we take. Furthermore, if a subject wants a picture that we have used for marketing to be removed, we will do so at the earliest possible convenience.
Following events, we may contact you using the information you have provided us to obtain feedback. This is to monitor and improve our services.

3.0 Who we share your data with:
We do not sell personal data to third parties and, likewise, we do not buy or rent information from third parties either. Depending on the contract entered into, occasionally it may be necessary for us to share your personal information with third parties in order for us to carry out the services agreed. For example, communication with the event venue or a professional printing company to carry out bespoke elements of the contract. When this is necessary, we are careful these companies only use your personal data to carry out the services and for no other reasons.
The only exception to the above, is if it becomes necessary to share your personal data for legal reasons in response to a request from a government agency or private litigant. You agree that we may disclose your personal information to a third party where we believe it is desirable to do so for the purposes of a civil action, criminal investigation, or other legal matter in compliance with UK law.
4.0 How long do we retain your data?
We will retain data for no longer than essentially needed up to a maximum of 5 years post the event.
5.0 What are your rights?
Personal data is processed in accordance with these five legal rights:

Rights of access. You can request to receive the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided us with.

Rights to stop processing. You can restrict or temporarily stop our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
